May has been an incredible month at CUDOS, filled with exciting activities and significant achievements. From engaging discussions to strategic partnerships, here’s a quick recap of their milestones and events.

Key Events and Speaking Engagements

X Space with Outlier Ventures: Emma joined X Space hosted by Outlier Ventures to discuss the DePIN Base Camp Accelerator, providing insights into decentralized physical infrastructure networks.

ExploringAI, BananaSZN, and Think Rise Global: Emma spoke at the ExploringAI event in London about AI and decentralization, delivered a keynote at BananaSZN on the differences between centralized and decentralized computing, and participated in a DePIN panel by Think Rise Global and The W3B Club.

Digital Commonwealth’s Mansion House Summit: Pete contributed valuable perspectives on the DePIN panel at this summit, discussing the intersections of digital infrastructure and decentralized technology.

VPS AI X Space: Pete discussed decentralization in DeFi on Twitter Space, highlighting CUDOS’s role in this evolving landscape.

May Metrics

We saw a 24% increase in GPU hours consumed, reaching 62,491 hours. Monthly VM deployments increased by 31% to 3,856, with overall VM deployments up by 68%, hitting 9,546. Our CUDOS Intercloud community grew by 17% to 1,518 active users.

New Partnerships

Inferix GPU Partnership: Enhances their computational capabilities, providing more robust solutions.

Secret Network Partnership: Bolsters Decentralized Confidential Computing (DeCC), bringing unparalleled privacy and security to blockchain transactions.

Community and Contests

Archway’s Hunt-A-Thon: The contest has been extended to June 20th, and prizes worth up to USD 500 worth of CUDOS will be awarded.

Archway Workshop: Joan Garcia Tormo led a workshop with Dorahacks, providing valuable insights for Hunt-A-Thon participants.
